HOLLAND, MI – On Monday, March 24, Holland locals will have the chance to attend a special, one-night-only, pre-release movie screening of the thriller, HOLLAND. The screening will include a visit from Director Mimi Cave, who will participate in a Q&A following the showing moderated by Holland Mayor Nathan Bocks. The Holland, Michigan-set film centers on teacher and homemaker Nancy Vandergroot (Nicole Kidman) who, alongside her friendly colleague (Gael García Bernal), discovers that some things in their lives are not what they seem. The film was partially shot in Holland and features Windmill Island Gardens. The hometown screening will take place at the Knickerbocker Theater on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 7:00pm ET. The Knickerbocker Theater is located at 86 E. 8th St. in Holland, MI. The film is rated R.
The screening is open to the public, with tickets available beginning March 10, 2025 at 9:00am ET. Tickets are required to attend and seating is general admission. Tickets are free and are only available online at hope.edu/tickets.
