The Historic Vehicle Association in Washington DC recognizes special vehicles for inclusion in the Library of Congress much like the National Registry of Historic Places recognizes buildings. HVA president Mark Gessler was on the show when the HVA was founded in 2014. Mark is back to talk about the HVA and the most recent automotive inductee, a 1933 Graham Eight Blue Streak that exemplifies the move to aerodynamic design.
