The airport now generates more than $1 billion in annual economic impact and supports hundreds of jobs. How has the role of the airport evolved from a transportation asset into a major economic development engine for the region?

The centennial celebration showcased everything from aviation careers and youth flights to cargo operations and advanced drone technology. How important is it to inspire the next generation of aviation, aerospace, and logistics talent?

Beyond passenger travel, the airport serves as a cargo hub and home for Port Lansing, Mid-Michigan’s only U.S. Port of Entry. What opportunities does that create for businesses looking to grow, expand exports, or strengthen their supply chains?
