
LANSING, Mich. — LAFCU has promoted Morgan Pray to vice president of ATM/ITM operations recognizing her leadership, operational expertise and commitment to member service.
In her new role, Pray will oversee the strategic direction, performance and growth of LAFCU’s ATM and interactive teller machine network, ensuring operational efficiency while enhancing member access and service delivery.
Pray (left) began her career with LAFCU in 2014 as a teller and has steadily advanced through the organization, earning seven promotions over the past 12 years. She was promoted to senior member service representative in 2016 before becoming assistant branch manager of the West Lansing branch in January 2020. Later that year, she was promoted to assistant manager of the Contact Center, followed by branch manager of the Contact Center in September 2021. In October 2021, Pray was promoted to assistant vice president of operations and, in May 2022, to assistant vice president of ATM/ITM operations prior to this most recent promotion.
Throughout her tenure, Pray has supported multiple areas across the organization, including the St. Johns and DeWitt branches, the Contact Center, the West Lansing Retail Lobby and LAFCU’s ATM/ITM fleet. Before joining LAFCU, she worked in retail and served as a teller at Citizens Bank and Chemical Bank.
Pray, a resident of Owosso, holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management and an associate of applied science in human services from Baker College in Owosso.
