What:

Youth Solutions’ annual Summer Summit professional development conference for program specialists July 30-August 1, 2025 in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. The theme for this year’s event is Mission Possible: Moving the Needle on Youth Disconnection. 

Members of the media are invited to attend a special portion of the conference on Thursday afternoon, July 31st. The afternoon will focus on how education, workforce, and community partners all play key roles in keeping our youth learning and earning in Michigan. 

The afternoon will also feature breakout sessions, networking time, and will conclude with an award ceremony celebrating network leaders, partners, and remarkable program achievements from across the state.

Who:

Youth panel participants include alumni from Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates programs across the state of Michigan. Employers and workforce partners participating in the group discussion, breakouts, and networking time include representatives from the Michigan College Access Network, the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, the UP Construction Council, Michigan Manufacturers Association, Hemlock Semiconductor, Michigan Hospitality Foundation, and Skilled-to-Build Michigan Foundation.
