Food For Thought

The Gaylord Area Chamber of Commerce are very excited to have Leah Kwapis to present the topic “Boundary Setting in the Workplace”! Join us for a Virtual Food For Thought via Zoom on September 15th from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.

Leah Kwapis has a background in advertising and public relations, years as a copywriter in the online space, five years as a video content creator, and a ready-to-work outgoing personality!

We all know that everything looks a little different now, and you might realize that you struggle to set and stick to boundaries to protect your sacred mental health and personal life. Leah is going to tell us all about boundary setting to reach that balance.

Introducing Leah Kwapis!

“My husband and I both worked as side-hustling entrepreneurs cramming our passion projects in after the kids went to bed or on the weekend. Eventually, (after 10,000 cups of coffee and a lot of tears) both of us transitioned from side-hustlers to full-time, work-at-home entrepreneurs. Working for yourself is a gigantic blessing, but it isn’t without challenges. We both found ourselves feeling like we were always working, resentful, guilty, and burnt out at the end of the day. Then, I discovered the power of boundary setting. The more I talked about it, the more I realized that boundary setting was a common thing that everyone struggles with and needs”.
