There will be an outdoor event march to the Capitol on Saturday, August 29, 2015. Meet at the Adado River Front Park at 11:00 a.m., and the march will begin at noon on Grand Ave.
Michigan Pride Concert with Cece Peniston, of the “Finally” song fame. It will also be held at Adado River Front Park. Admission is $5-$10 donation. The time is from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. All ages are welcome. Food, merchandise vendors, non-profit information stations, stage performances, DJ, and at 7:00 p.m. Cece Piniston will perform. There will be a Beer/Bar tent with VIP tent upgrade. Volunteers are needed, sign up at www.michiganpride.org.
