- AI & IT Workforce Innovation: Macomb Community College & WIN hosted a dynamic summit exploring IT Regional Skill Needs and AI’s transformative role in workforce systems, showcasing actionable strategies for the future of work.
- Apprenticeship Impact: Over 136 apprentices in 40 occupations are actively building skills through WIN programs, with new opportunities in healthcare and advanced manufacturing.
- Career Pathways: WIN developed 12 industry-specific career pathways, helping job seekers and employers bridge skill gaps in cybersecurity, transportation, and manufacturing.
- Clean Energy Leadership: WIN joined a U.S. Department of Energy initiative to prepare workers for the hydrogen economy, addressing critical skills gaps in clean energy sectors
