WASHINGTON, D.C. – Administrator Maria Contreras-Sweet, head of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), is welcoming national and state winners of National Small Business Week to the White House today.  National winners will be presented with their awards by special guests from throughout the President’s Administration and beyond.

Philanthropist, designer and entrepreneur Rachel Roy will offer keynote remarks and have a Q&A with Administrator Contreras-Sweet. National winners will be brought up on stage one by one to be recognized for their accomplishments as entrepreneurs.

The national winners come from all across the country; Mo., Albany, N.Y., Hammond, La., San Juan, P.r., Tulsa, Okla., Chicago, Ill., Palm Beach, Fla., McLean, Va., Milford, Del., Staten Island, N.Y., East Moriches, N.Y., & Darrington, Wash.

Each state and territory has a State Winner that was invited to today’s events at the White House.  A list of those winners can be found here.
