The Lansing regional Sister Cities Commission gathered the community, their partner groups, friends and global neighbors Friday, September 19, 2014 at the Lansing Center in Lansing, Michigan for the celebration of their 20-year anniversary. The day included a luncheon, presentation on cyber-security, a reception, and dinner.

Here Jade Sims, Trade Specialist at the Michigan State University International Business Center. who is also involved in all efforts to connect the mid-Michigan business community with the resources of the International Business Center (MSU-CIBER) and the Broad College of Business, initiates a Question and Answer session for the lunch’s keynote speaker Mary D. Kane, President and CEO of Sister Cities International who leads the membership, youth and education, development, and advocacy programs to strengthen the sister city network around the world.
