Christianne Malone, chief program officer at TechTown Detroit and assistant vice president for economic development at Wayne State University, is deeply committed to advancing equity across the region through economic development strategies. We recently sat down with Malone, who elaborated on our equity goals and work in Detroit, TechTown’s alignment with Wayne State University in advancing these efforts and more.

Announcement: TechTown’s building closure

TechTown has a lot to be grateful for this year, including our wonderful community of members, tenants and alumni!

The TechTown building will be closed Nov. 28-30 for Thanksgiving. While our building will be closed, all coworking members and tenants will still have access to the building. Meeting rooms and event space cannot be booked during the closure. Regular business hours will resume on Monday, Dec. 2, at 8 a.m.
