
Sparrow Carson Hospital names Emergency Medical Director
CARSON CITY, MI – Sparrow Carson Hospital is pleased to announce Sarah Stadel, M.D., as its new Emergency Department Medical Director, leading a highly skilled team providing compassionate care through the hospital’s nationally recognized emergency services.
Dr. Stadel joined the Sparrow Carson Emergency Department in October 2020 and is a graduate of the Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency with Michigan State University at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing and is certified through the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
“Working in Sparrow Carson Hospital’s Emergency Department creates a wonderful opportunity for establishing and continuing the outstanding medical care for our local populations. I’m looking forward to strengthening our connections within the community,” Dr. Stadel said.
Sparrow Carson’s Emergency Department is designated as a Level IV Trauma Center, reflecting expertise in providing advanced trauma life support. The hospital recently celebrated it Emergency Department receiving the national four-star award for Overall Quality of Care from Professional Research Consultants, Inc.
