- Sparrow is always working to empower our Caregivers to speak up about safety
risks and potential harm to patients. We are holding special quizzes for Caregivers
on Patient safety and highlighting this very important issue. - We have implemented numerous safety measures, such as a hand hygiene
program, a daily safety check among top leaders, and a quarterly Speak Up
award to recognize Caregivers who have reported potential harmful practices.
