Rev. Sean 'Mordecai' Holland, Director - Transformational Leadership at One Love Global, Inc.. Dr. Sean Holland, founder of I AM e2e, is an expert in equipping leaders with the necessary tools to reach their maximum potential. He has traveled across the United States, South America, and Africa motivating leaders with his 5-step leadership development model.
Over the last 20 years, Sean has navigated the ranks as a successful entrepreneur and helped Fortune 500 companies such as Proctor & Gamble and CSX Transportation align to and achieve their goals. In 2002, he was awarded the CSX President’s Award for helping to create multi-million dollar revenue streams and growing customer relationships in their mid-west U.S. region.
Sean currently co-hosts the show Transform Michigan on Michigan Business Network. He is also a volunteer instructor for student organizations at Michigan State University and Cooley Law School. He brings unique experiences in building teamwork and establishing collaborative partnerships between private and public sector leaders.
