Stay-at-home orders prompted by COVID-19 are creating a challenge for small businesses. Many are, for the first time, trying to sort out remote working or work from home arrangements with their teams. Today, roughly 40% of all workers are working from their homes and it does not look like that will change anytime soon.

In Regions 1 -5 and 7, remote work is a requirement for all who can work remotely. Regions 6 & 8 have more flexibility, but executive orders still say that those who can do remote work should.
