‘Stay Home, Stay Safe’ Extended; Retail & Auto Open for Appointment Today
Late last week, many new announcements were made regarding re-openings and the extension of ‘Stay Home, Stay Safe.’ Here’s what you need to know: – Regions 6 & 8 opened with restrictions last Friday. – In all other regions, retail establishments and auto showrooms are now permitted to open by appointment only. – Medical, dental and veterinarian offices may open on Friday, May 29. – The ‘Stay Home, Stay Safe’ order has been extended through June 12. This pertains to 2020-69 (temporary restrictions on the use of places of public accommodation) and 2020-96 (temporary requirement to suspend certain activities that are not necessary to sustain or protect life).
