Samuel Short realizes nothing of significance ever happens on accident or by an individual. Sam knows about the Law of Attraction, like attracts alike and he has gathered some stellar people to come along side of him. Together they are creating some significant, enjoyable and profitable businesses. Sam is the leader of projects at Zoobies, Comos, the Creole and his newest venture, the Beer Grotto

Sam played college football and volleyball at Dartmouth and began learning the beer, brewery and restaurant trade in Boston. He has opened establishments in  Phoenix, Chicago, in our own Beer City of Grand Rapids and now in Lansing.

Turnover plagues this industry but not at the businesses Sam leads. He invests in his staff and the ROI on that investment is phenomenal. He aligns culture with vision and creates an incredible customer service experience at all of his establishments. The qualities you enjoy as a customer all flows out of his character. Sam is an entrepreneur who has listened, learned and taken responsibility  to grow himself as a leader and it paying off now for him and his partners.
