Ryan McGann Named to YMCA of Greater Michiana Board of Directors

MBBN: YMCA Ryan McGann

NILES, Mich. (August 8, 2025) — The YMCA of Greater Michiana has named Ryan McGann to its Board of Directors. McGann, a Senior Design Consultant with Renewal by Andersen of Greater Michigan and resident of Three Rivers, will help guide the YMCA’s strategic efforts in youth development, healthy living, and community engagement.

McGann brings a combination of professional expertise and community leadership to his new role. As a board member of the Corey Lake Association for the past seven years, he has been active in the organization’s mission of protecting lake health and addressing issues important to local residents. He is also helping coordinate
installation of new energy-efficient windows to YMCA Camp Eberhart’s recently renovated Cooper’s Coop.

He holds a decades-long personal connection to the YMCA, beginning with his years as a camper at Camp Eberhart from 1977 to 1981. His family’s legacy at camp spans generations: his father and sister have both been closely involved, and today his fiancée serves as the camp’s Maintenance Director. “It’s an honor to join the YMCA of Greater Michiana Board of Directors,” said McGann. “The Y—and especially Camp Eberhart—played a major role in shaping my family and community. I’m excited to give back to an organization that continues to create life-changing experiences for young people and families across our region.”

“We’re thrilled to welcome Ryan to the Board,” said YMCA of Greater Michiana Board President Mowitt S. Drew III. “His longstanding connection to Camp Eberhart and passion for youth development align perfectly with our mission. Ryan brings a thoughtful, authentic perspective that will be instrumental as we grow our programs and
deepen our impact across the communities we serve.”
