Young College Grads are Finding Jobs!The U.S. trade deficit expanded in December, highlighting how a global economic slowdown remains a headwind to domestic growth.

It’s quitting time. The number of Americans leaving jobs voluntarily rose 7% to 3.1 million in December, the Labor Department said. That was the highest since December 2006, and it confirms that the job market had hit its stride in December. It shows worker confidence in the ability to find another job, which had remained fragile, has picked up.

The labor market has taken a sharp turn for the better for young college graduates. Incomes for the newest batch of diploma-holders have reached the highest level in more than a decade and their unemployment rates are falling quickly, according to a new economic report from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
