Here are The State’s Top Cities for Adaptive Reuse in The Past Two Years [RentCafe Study]
The top apartment converters in Michigan since the pandemic started are Lansing, Detroit, Michigan, and Battle Creek.
The RentCafe’s Adaptive Reuse Report has been released.
Michigan has big plans for adaptive reuse starting in 2023. The state will bring even more apartments to the market in a sustainable way. Grand Rapids has under construction no less than 1,360 new apartments sourced from conversion and Detroit has 1,214, and Jackson has 150. The majority of them will be built in former warehouses and many others in former office buildings, factories, or schools.
