Markdom International announces $19 Million Investment in Lansing Region

Lansing, Mich. (Jan. 9, 2025) — Markdom Michigan Plastics, Inc., a subsidiary of Markdom International based in Toronto, Canada, is set to launch its first U.S. operations in Charlotte, Michigan, with a significant investment exceeding $19 million.

This strategic move includes significant investment in the existing building. This expansion of Markdom’s global footprint reinforces the region’s growing reputation as a hub for innovation and international business.

The company’s expansion into the U.S. market is facilitated through the Lansing Economic Area Partnership’s (LEAP) Global Lansing Initiative, which supports foreign businesses in establishing a successful presence in the Lansing area.
