Debra talks with Jeff Fuchs, Executive Director, Maryland World Class Consortia, about public and private sector lean transformation.

Jeff Fuchs is Executive Director of the Maryland World Class Consortia, a non-profit that helps organizations of all types understand lean principles to achieve performance excellence. He served on the MWCC’s founding member Advisory Board in 1996, and has previously been a consultant/coach to MWCC members. Jeff is also President of Neovista Consulting, specializing in Lean Thinking and continuous improvement culture. He serves on the Oversight Committee for the AME/Shingo Institute/SME Lean Certification, is Lean Bronze Certified, and holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from West Point. He is an examiner for both the Shingo Institute and AME’s Manufacturing Excellence Award.
