Michael Rogers, Vice President Communications for the Small Business Association of Michigan, talks patent law with Jon Shackelford of the Endurance Law Group LLC. Jon is a frequent lecturer on IP topics and has authored several practical IP guides for entrepreneurs. He is also an amateur inventor/entrepreneur, holding numerous patents. Jon is the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Jackson Inventors Network, and was an Adjunct Professor at Michigan State University College of Law, from 2009-2012, where he taught Patent Application Preparation.
