To support rapid growth and increasing device volume, Refreshed Tech recently opened a new 105,000-square-foot building in Ashley, Indiana, equipped with advanced testing stations, logistics infrastructure, and expanded warehouse space. This upgrade boosts capacity to over 50,000 devices per month while ensuring high standards for data security and reporting. From this operational hub, the team also developed a white-labeled portal that enables OVATION’s partners to quickly submit customer info and generate shipping labels, delivering faster turnaround and a more streamlined, transparent trade-in experience.

Each traded device is inspected, renewed, and put back into use, extending its life and keeping it out of landfills.
