September 20-22, Lansing, Michigan played host to an international delegation from Beijing, China’s Chaoyang District. Wednesday September 21st, approximately 100 gathered at the Lansing Center for a cultural and economic information exchange. Here Jeffrey Mosher speaks with Niu Yuhong. Ms. Niu is Deputy Consultant for the Commmision of Tourism Development of Chaoyang District of Beijing Municipality. She discusses tourism in China, and her visit to Michigan. The interview is followed by excerpts from the cultural exchange luncheon as Chris Holman welcomes guests, explaining how this event developed following a visit of Lansing dignitaries to China in the past couple years.
