The Consumer Perspectives on EV Charging Survey
CAR research is conducting a survey between January 6 and March 16 to examine electric vehicle (EV) charging program participation and consumer willingness to engage in newly developed managed and coordinated charging strategies.
To be eligible, you must be:
A Michigan Resident
Own or lease a full battery electric vehicle
Owners or lessees of plug-in EVs or hybrid electric vehicles are not eligible.
Participants must complete the survey to be eligible for compensation.
Eligible survey participants will receive a $20 gift card, and all responses are confidential.

CAR is launching a new opportunity for industry, government, and academic leaders to share their expertise.
We are forming a Research Advisory Council, bringing together cross-disciplinary leaders who will provide insight and perspective to inform CAR’s thought leadership and research initiatives.
As CAR conducts research across a wide range of topics, input from diverse stakeholders is essential. We are seeking leaders in areas such as vehicle technology, manufacturing, finance and economics, government, economic development, and workforce development, among others.
Selected Council members will contribute approximately 2–4 hours annually through interviews, roundtables, or surveys. All input from Council members will remain confidential.
