FUNDING AnnouncementThe Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) announces the release of theHousing Community Development Fund (HCDF) Annual Allocation Plan draft for public comment.
The MSHDA HCDF webpage can be found at Housing and Community Development Fund (HCDF) (michigan.gov) , and includes the following:
1.The draft of the HCDF Annual Allocation Plan
2.The HCDF Public Comment Survey that will be available to collect comments from September 29th through October 11th of 2022.
3.Registration links to State of Michigan Housing Regional Roadshows during the month of October. These roadshows will include in-person HCDF public comment hearings.•Please note the Grand Rapids and Marquette registration links will operate starting October 2, 2022.
