Michigan’s largest affordable housing event returns to the Lansing Center, May 12–13, 2026, and we need your innovative, dynamic and thoughtful session proposals to make it the best yet. All proposals are due by 5 p.m. Friday, October 17.
We’re seeking 60-minute sessions that give attendees meaningful, actionable takeaways they can bring back to their organizations and communities. Proposals should align with one or more of these topical tracks:
- Asset Management
- Community & Economic Development
- Homeownership Finance & Development
- Preventing & Ending Homelessness
- Rental Finance & Development
