Connecting the Dots: Economic Trends Shaping the Future of Housing in Michigan

9:30–10:15 a.m.
Tuesday, May 12

Plenary Headshots of Jane Dokko, Jessica AcMoody, and Anna Shires

Jane Dokko, Senior Economist and Economic Advisor with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago’s Community Development team, will take the conference main stage with an opening high-level overview of housing market data and economic trends shaping our communities.

Building on that foundation, Jessica AcMoody, Policy Director for the Community Economic Development Association of Michigan, will explore what those trends may mean for Michigan and how they can inform housing policy and action statewide.

Moderated by Anna Shires, Vice President and Associate Director of Community Investment Outreach for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, this engaging discussion will help attendees connect the dots between data, policy, and impact, setting the tone for the conversations, learning, and collaboration that follow throughout the conference.

Sponsored by Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.
