Pasta Per Trio – Michigan Noodles & Company franchisee to begin donating meals to health care workers
Grand Rapids-based Pasta Per Trio, the Michigan franchisee of Noodles & Company, recently announced Noodles Family Meals. For each family meal purchased, Noodles will donate a regular-sized bowl to a local, Michigan health care worker. Care Resources – $50,000 grant to help launch telehealth services for frail elderly population amid COVID-19 pandemic
Care Resources PACE, Kent County’s only PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) provider, has received almost $50,000 from The Michigan Health Endowment Fund to launch telehealth services for its vulnerable elderly program participants. Care Resources will use the funds to implement telehealth technology which ensures greater protection against COVID-19 and provides an extension of the essential all-inclusive care it is already providing to its participants. Care Resources hope this program will help keep vulnerable populations at home while receiving the necessary care.

The Right Place – The Right Place connects Kent County to 4,500 urgently needed safety glasses for first responders
In its ongoing efforts to help connect businesses to COVID-19 frontline responders, The Right Place recently assisted Kent County in received 4,500 safety goggles thanks to local industrial PPE manufacturer HexArmor. HexArmor had enough of the required safety glasses in stock to ship to Kent County the very same business day.
