Michigan Business Network heads to Mt. Pleasant’s Comfort Inn & Conference Center for the Mid-Michigan Matchmaking Summit, hosted by Consumers Energy and Pure Michigan Business Connect. Trevor Pawl, Director of Pure Michigan Business Connect, talks with Chris about the goals of connecting businesses with Michigan suppliers, making more Michigan products, and creating more and better jobs with the state’s resources.
He states that their goal is to not just write checks, their relationships they build between companies and suppliers are not solely transaction- based. He also breaks the news on upcoming summits within the next year: a Summit in Downtown Detroit February 10, Pure Michigan automotive matchmaking summit on March 2 and the annual Pure Michigan Agricultural summit late March.
