Warren Call, President & CEO of Traverse Connect, joins Chris Holman on the Michigan Business Beat to talk about how Northern Michigan has dealt and is dealing with the status of the COVID19 pandemic.

It’s warm for early March in Northern Michigan, and the snow is starting to disappear, but the optimism remains. Through the COVID period, Traverse City has remained a travel destination. Industry in their region is going along at a good pace. However, the upper mitten runs on small businesses, and some (such as restaurants) are still facing challenges. New for Traverse Connect, they’ve taken the time to really get into a diversity discussion to enhance the business attraction capacity of their region.
