Jim Hallan, president and chief executive officer of the Michigan Retailers Association, will join us for this segment and future ones to talk about a number of things including the state of retailing and their perspective on road funding and the rest of the Governor’s budget.
In the second segment Jim is going to tell us a little bit about the Michigan Retailers Association. Jim talks about the Academic Year Scholarships that the association gives out and what impact that has had over the years.
