Donut & Beer Festival – Comstock Park
The festival Homer Simpson always wanted is coming back to Homer Stryker Field. Donut and Beer Festival takes place right on the field at the ballpark in downtown Kalamazoo. Attendees can expect one of a kind donuts from more than 25 donut vendors, craft beers and ciders from over 50 local and out of state breweries, live music, and yard games. It’s an all ages event too, with non-alcoholic cider tickets so the whole family can enjoy! Donut worry, beer happy!
Mackinaw City Magical Color Fun Run – Mackinaw City
Run or walk, Northern Michigan’s most colorful & magical 5K, being held in Mackinaw City on the 1st Saturday in May! The Tulip Time Festival in Holland, Michigan, began in 1929 to celebrate Holland’s Dutch culture and heritage, while also beautifying the community with tulips. Lake Orion Flower & Art Fair – Lake Orion
Historic Downtown Lake Orion will be presenting the 17th Annual Flower & Art Fair on May 10th from 11:00am to 8:00pm and 11th from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Vendors will offer everything from flats of flowers and herbs, to home improvement, landscaping, garden ponds, and outdoor furniture. Plus children’s activities, entertainment and food! Food Truck Festival/First Friday of the Month – Grand Blanc

Berkley Days takes place the week following Mother’s Day every year. This year, the Midway runs from May 18, 2019 through May 19, 2019
All of the events take place at 2400 Robina, Berkley MI 48072 at the Community Center, Ice Arena and surrounding parking lots.
Parking is limited. There is some parking available in the Community Center Parking lot, as well as on local streets. Please be considerate of residents in the area and do not block driveways or fire hydrants.
We encourage residents to walk to bike to Berkley Days. Thanks to Cub Scout Pack 1082 there will be a secure bicycle, stroller, skateboard and scooter parking area available outside the ice rink.
Blessing of the Bikes Festival – Baldwin
The Blessing of The Bikes spans the entire third weekend in May. Bikers come from all across the country to take part, beginning with the ceremonial entrance on Friday afternoon down M-37 corridor, and culminating with the Blessing at the Airport on Sunday. Highlights include a multitude of vendors, charming downtown landmarks, the rich cultural history of Lake County and the brotherhood of bikers drawn from all corners of the country. All are invited to attend and participate in the festivities.

ushroom Festival – Boyne City
Boyne City on the shores of Lake Charlevoix will celebrate the 59th Morel Mushroom Festival May 17-20, 2018; outdoor enthusiasts and gourmet food lovers can enjoy: “Taste of Morels”,the largest concentration of morel cooking anywhere. Morel dishes, wine tasting, expert chefs, Mushroom Seminar by local experts, Carnival, Arts & Crafts, Guided Morel Hunt, one training and one is competitive.
