Tim, welcome back, it hasn’t been too long since the Flint Chamber of Commerce made the change over to Flint & Genesee Group. Can you remind us about that transition, and everything served under that umbrella?

Can you go a little deeper into the Flint Center for Educational Excellence?

A few weeks ago you held your annual meeting, reported on accomplishments in 2022, and shared its priorities moving forward. Themed “Meeting What’s Next” – I understand it was held before an audience of more than 350 attendees at the FIM Capitol Theatre, tell us about the highlights from that day?

I also understand some synergies have been formed with General Motors how are they working with the Flint Genesee Group?
