The attorneys hired in 2022 follow recent ones from late 2021, can you tell us about this new talent at your company?

As we wrap up, in general, what are some highlights of the COVID era, from the legal field that business might not fully appreciate?

Webinars March 10, 2022 Despite the U.S. Supreme Court blocking the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) “vaccine-or-test” mandate last month, questions still abound concerning what 2022’s forecast will look like for employers.

We invite you to join us at our Lansing office for our Spring 2022 Labor & Employment Law Update on Thursday, March 10. As this will be our first in-person educational event in over two years, we understand that many are still unsure or uncomfortable about gathering in groups.

To accommodate all preferences, this will be a hybrid event with attendees being able to attend both in-person and virtually with the sessions being broadcast over Zoom simultaneously.

LANSING, Mich. -Foster Swift Collins & Smith continues to see steady, significant growth with two experienced attorney hires in January after adding four attorneys in the fourth quarter of 2021.  

Attorneys Benjamin C. Dilley and Daniel S. Zick are joining the firm’s litigation practice group. Dilley will practice from Foster Swift’s Grand Rapids office, focusing his practice in civil litigation, as well as commercial, employment, and energy law.  

Zick will be based in the firm’s Lansing office. His practice focuses primarily on general civil litigation, as well as commercial, municipal, and insurance defense litigation.  

These two hires mark additional growth for Foster Swift. In November, the firm hired three associates that had been part of the firm’s summer associate program and welcomed back Scott Forbush, a former Foster Swift attorney that had served as counsel for Jackson Insurance for the past 15-plus years.
