A Michigan company, Wright & Filippis, recently issued a notice of data breach to current and former patients and employees. The cybersecurity attack happened in January 2022 after which they took immediate steps to secure and investigate the incident.

As with any data incident, we recommend that you remain vigilant and take the necessary steps to avoid identity theft. 

• Wright & Filippis is offering complimentary access to identity monitoring, fraud consultation, and identity theft restoration services and encourages anyone with questions to enroll in the free identity protection services by calling the number listed on the mailed notice. 
• The deadline to enroll is February 18, 2023.
