Her keynote will explore how labor market data, employer-driven training models, and cross-sector collaboration—from high school pathways to mid-career reskilling—can align education and workforce systems with industry needs.

About the Keynote Speaker
Sunny Schwartz is CEO of MassBioEd, where she leads statewide education and workforce development initiatives supporting Massachusetts’ life sciences industry. Since 2019, she has guided the organization’s strategic growth, launching and expanding programs such as the Life Sciences Apprenticeship Program, College to Career, and the Life Sciences Career Hub, while strengthening K–12 educator support through BioTeach and the ACCESS Program.
Sunny has led cross-sector partnerships that align employer needs with inclusive, data-driven workforce solutions. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan.
