Meijer Gardens Expects 14-millionth Guest on Monday, January 9 around Noon

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., – January 6, 2023 – Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park is preparing to welcome its 14-millionth guest on Monday, January 9, around 12 p.m. Meijer Gardens first opened to the public in 1995 and welcomes guests from around the world.

Meijer Gardens recently completed its $115-millionWelcoming the World: Honoring a Legacy of Love expansion project and is listed in the top 45 most visited museums in the world and the 30 most visited museums in the United States by The Art Newspaper, the leading global art news publication.

In 2022, 695,000 people attended Meijer Gardens, an increase of 145,000 visitors over the previous year.
