We enjoyed seeing Team Michigan at the Mackinac Policy Conference last week. Thank you for spending time with us at the MEDC Geranium Bar and around the island.
As we came together to discuss Michigan’s Equation for Impact, the MEDC will continue to invest in our people, revitalize our vibrant places, and win projects to deliver true prosperity for all Michiganders.
Through our collective “Make It in Michigan” economic development strategy, the work we do every day is directly supporting small businesses, entrepreneurs, and local communities across the state. Throughout Michigan, MEDC’s impact can be seen everywhere you look – from the over 3,400 housing units under construction for families across the state, and more than 850 people who brought their small business dream to life through MEDC and partner support, to over 1,100 interns placed at key industry employers and more than 3,000 Michiganders hired or trained in good paying jobs. We look forward to our continued work with all of you to make even more of a difference in the weeks, months and years to come.
