Together with the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Governors and Premiers, MEDC invites you to join the upcoming trade mission to Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic to meet potential buyers, distributors, and partners in some of our country’s closest export markets. Top Michigan exports to Costa Rica include industrial machinery, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors and electrical components, and springs and wire products. Top Michigan exports to the Dominican Republic include electrical equipment and components, pharmaceuticals, fabrics, and motor vehicles.
Participants will:
- Engage in customized B2B meetings with pre-screened potential agents, distributors, and buyers
- Attend mission briefing and networking sessions

Last Chance to Register: Indonesia and Singapore MissionOctober 17-21, 2022
Singapore and Indonesia present potential for exporters because of their strength and growth in advanced manufacturing, and their strategic location in the Asia Pacific region. Led by the U.S. Department of Commerce, this mission will visit Jakarta and Batam, Indonesia and the Industrial Transformation Asia-Pacific (ITAP) trade show in Singapore, along with an optional stop in Tokyo, Japan. The mission includes interaction with government agencies and industry experts to assist Michigan producers of advanced manufacturing products and systems in identifying export opportunities.
To make it more enticing for Michigan companies to participate, MEDC is offering exhibition space at no extra charge for six companies in our booth at the Industrial Transformation Asia-Pacific advanced manufacturing show (Singapore, Oct. 18-20) as well as additional B2B matchmaking from MEDC’s Singapore office.
