MEDC | Developers Roadshow Showcases Local Resources and Networking

The Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and local partners are hosting developer workshops across the state. The one-day meetings will highlight important development steps such as property acquisition, site considerations, and financing. Sessions will take place between July 13 and Oct. 2, offering attendees an overview of the basic principles of development and a chance to meet resource providers and network with other developers. Meetings are currently listed for Grand Rapids, Flint, Bay City, Big Rapids, East Lansing, and Detroit.
