504 Loan Funding Update:
MCDC continues to monitor the ongoing federal government shutdown and remains committed to keeping our lending partners informed to help you serve your business clients.
- The October funding is proceeding as planned on October 15th.
- The November funding is scheduled for November 12th and continues on track.
- The Sacramento Loan Processing Center has limited staffing thus will only process specific funding related items. No other 327s or new loan applications will be processed until the government reopens.
MCDC will continue to provide timely updates as new information becomes available.
