Recently, a Michigan bank worked with ACAP to create a beneficial solution. The CFO said, “We worked extensively with this company to implement our PPP sale. They were good to work with, well controlled, and great partners. We were uncomfortable about the proposition of selling loans to our customers unless the place that they were going to had a superior product and capability in an area that we didn’t. We evaluated their PPP loan portal, how forgiveness would work, and was very impressed. ACAP was mindful that the customer still remains our customer and that we should coordinate on the customer relationship.”
