Forty new team members join award-winning accounting firm amid record-breaking growth, new acquisition 

LANSING, Mich. – Maner Costerisan, a leading regional business consulting, and public accounting firm headquartered in Lansing, Mich., continues to add talent and invest in its workforce. Since October 2022, the firm has added more than 40 new team members, announced a merger with Hall & Romkema, PLC, and hired 13 interns in preparation for tax season.

The firm has also promoted seven team members to senior-level positions, including:

• Tyler Baker, CPA, was promoted to senior manager and will provide audit and advisory services for Maner’s government clients, which include municipalities and school districts.
• Tim Bograkos was promoted to director of business development, where he will oversee Maner’s business development team and sales strategy.
• Jon Ringlein, CPA, was promoted to senior manager and specializes in financial statement audits for clients in the affordable housing, governmental and nonprofit industries.
• Kasey Roth, CPA, was promoted to senior manager in the firm’s audit department. Roth has eight years of auditing experience supporting Maner’s telecommunication, education, and nonprofit clients.
• Wes Salisbury, CMA, was also promoted to senior manager. Salisbury focuses on Sage Intacct implementation and has extensive experience as an accountant and technology specialist, giving him a unique perspective because he served in the roles of the clients he now supports.
• Monica Terry, CPA, was promoted to senior manager in the firm’s audit department. Terry specializes in performing financial statement audits for Maner’s affordable housing and employee benefits plan clients.
• Bethany Verble, CPA, CFE, was promoted to senior manager in the consulting division of the firm’s accounting and outsourced solutions department and provides consulting, fraud, and forensic services to clients of all industries.
