EAST LANSING (Oct 29, 2015) Nikki Thompson Frazier is determined to turn her two daughter’s food allergies into dough. Frazier recently decided to open Sweet Encounter, a gourmet, gluten free bakery/café – a seed that was planted when her two young daughters were diagnosed with seven different food allergies.
In the past two weeks, Frazier has competed and won two area business pitch competitions totaling $11k in prize money and several in-kind services such as accounting, legal and marketing.
