Chris Holman recently spoke with guest Anthony Cairo, Managing Director of Light Speed USA, out of Grand Rapids. Anthony provided an update from his previous interview on the network regarding his organization and the projects they are currently working on. He discusses the RecoveryPark project that the organization just won over. Light Speed USA is an organization that reconfigure lighting options, even “on-the-fly” especially in connection with agricultural lighting.
They assist with nutrition enrichment, lighting and color enrichment. He noted his partnership with Wyoming, Michigan-based Lumenflow and the opportunity to grow agriculture year around in the Michigan Market. He discuss the quality power saving options that they have and LED lightening that there utilizing. He discuss the partnership Lumenflow. He goes into detail about RecoveryPark’s 20 acre project and the insight that he has acquired during the process. He talks about the community efforts in the area and knowledge based agriculture along with working with NextEnergy, which will create high end produce from an abandoned part of Detroit. another aspect of that city’s renewal.
