LANSING, MI: By November 1, 2016, the greater Lansing region will have 19 new pieces of public art including 6 bike racks and a mural as a direct result LEAP’s Public Art for Communities grant program. In 2012, LEAP put a program in place to grant communities funding to produce pieces of public art once the community put a policy regarding public art in place through the community’s governance.
