Michael Rogers, Vice President Communications for the Small Business Association of Michigan, interviews Sheri Welsh, the President of Welsh and Associates, Inc. in Kalamazoo. Welsh is a member of SBAM’s Leadership Council.
She established Welsh and Associates in 2002, as a full-service regional search firm. Sheri holds a BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC). She is also a Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS), one of fewer than 50 professionals in the country to hold such a designation.
