The Leaning Edge welcomes Theresa Coleman-Kaiser to talk about became Senior Associate Vice President for Administration in 2017 after serving in a variety of administrative and operations positions at Michigan Tech since 1999.
Coleman-Kaiser is a Lean practitioner, a campus Lean improvement facilitator, and serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Lean Consortium. Over the last nine months, she has begun developing her own coaching practice to develop people to achieve their own vision of Leadership Excellence and cascade the coaching practice throughout the organization.
